Once a website order is processed it cannot be cancelled. *All sale items are sold on a no refund or return basis.

Online orders are subject to the relevant delivery fees. Our reliable third party transport company will deliver your order during business hours.

All our deliveries must be signed for unless pre-arranged with the courier at your own risk.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Colours may vary due to digital photos and screen resolution. Once your order is confirmed, meaning you have paid in full, the order can no longer be cancelled.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993

The liability of the Company whether in contract or in tort for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect or non-compliance of the goods supplied is limited to replacement or repair of such goods or damages not exceeding the invoice value of such defective or non- complying goods at the option of the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever. The description of goods in the order is given as an aid in identification of the goods and it is not a condition of supply that the goods shall correspond precisely with the description given or that colours shall match samples exactly.

Order Leadtimes

Unfortunately, some matters are out of our hands but please know we work very closely with our valued network of couriers to ensure we can best expedite delivery to our clients. Delivery will be 1 to 3 days from date of dispatch unless otherwise stipulated for certain products.

Regional deliveries can also expect an addition to the stated estimated delivery date on an order dependent upon location.

RETURNS

Please check cartons, wrapping and contents carefully for damage before signing for the delivery. Damage during transit must be reported immediately to Eunice Taylor Ltd. No claims for damage or faulty goods will be accepted outside of 7 days from delivery.

Credits are issued on the return of damaged or faulty goods that have been properly packed for return.
