Following the Government directive, there can be no face-to-face contact with customers coming to our premises during Level 3. Boxes, packages, lamps or shades can be left inside the door with clear name and contact details for Jennifer to respond to. A register is at the entrance for each visitor to sign on arrival to enable contact tracing. Please ensure you use safe practice handwashing before you leave your homes and use the hand sanitizer available at the front door before and after your items have been left.
If you currently have orders in the system, please let us know if your leadtimes have changed as a result of Covid-19 so that we can prioritise work accordingly. For customer supplied fabric orders, please ensure your fabric has been ordered for delivery to us as soon as possible. Please be understanding of any delays in our leadtimes for orders as a result of uncertainty with suppliers’ manufacturing capabilities.
